How it Works

Primus Hosted PBX service keeps data and voice traffic separated over a dedicated private access, ensuring your communications are fully optimized and you are receiving the highest voice quality available.

The dedicated private access connects to hardware supplied by Primus, including Cisco routers and Power over Ethernet switches- which allow us to provide a clean delivery of access and power to the phones.

Primus has selected top-of-the-line Polycom™ phones for our Hosted PBX service. All of our Polycom™ phones include HD Voice™ to ensure superior sound quality. Power over Ethernet allows us to take advantage of existing cabling for a clean delivery of access and power to the phones.

For those on the road, we fully support softphones for PC, MAC, iPhone, and Android.
