Features

Entry/Exit Tones

Distinct Tones let the participants know when parties enter or exit the conference call. The Moderator can deactivate this feature.

Name Prompt

Incoming participants are prompted to record their name prior to entering the conference call. By entering a * code, the Moderator can listen to an Automated roll call, hearing the participants' recorded names.


Name Announce

As a complement to Name Prompt, the Moderator can also have the Participants names played into the conference call as they enter or exit.

Participant Wait

Participants can communicate before the Moderator has joined the conference call or to wait on hold with music until the Moderator joins the conference call.


Operator Assistance

By pressing *0, Primus Business operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you at any time before, during or after their conference calls.

Line Mute

Mute all lines to minimize interruption and unwanted noise.


Moderator Dial-Out

The Moderator can call and invite Participants directly into the conference call by dialing out from within the conference.

Security Code

Get additional security on demand by selecting a unique security code for every call.


Subconferences

Create breakout sessions or private conferences with selected participants.

Reference Code

The Moderator can associate an accounting number, matter code, customer code, etc to an individual conference call.


Custom Introduction

Enhance your conference call experience by recording a custom branded greeting that Participants hear when they dial into the conference call.

Modify volume, mute lines, view participation levels, or configure features through a complimentary conferencing web portal.

Conference Call Recording / Replay Service

Should the Moderator wish to record the conference call they can do this by pressing a * code anytime after entering the conference. After the conference call is finished, the Moderator will receive an email providing information on how they and/or others can access the recording.
