Event Conferencing is a convenient, cost effective audio conferencing solution with the assurance of dedicated operator assistance. Designed to accommodate 10 to 2,000 participants, Event Conferencing provides the highest levels of quality, service, and security for your image-impacting and large-scale events.
The Dedicated Event Manager will have a pre-meeting consultation to ensure that we have all of your requirements, collect any Participant information, send out Participant invitations, and create a custom introduction for your conference call. On the day of the conference call, before it begins, the lead operator will consult with speakers to review meeting flow, features requested, and provide the moderator with a sound check and participant count. The operator can also personally escort important attendees into the call.
The dedicated operator will kick off the call and introduce speakers, then turn the meeting over to the Moderator and remain on the line, actively monitoring the conference call. After the Moderator's presentation, the operator will provide participants with instructions on how to queue for questions, then introduce each questioner in turn. Web-based Host Control allows the Moderator to view and prioritize participants and Q&A session.
The Moderator will be provided with a post-event report with information from registration, participation, and polling. Private post-conferences can also be arranged for speakers to discuss the preceding conference confidentially. If requested, recordings of the conference call will be provided. Additional services include call transcriptions, translation, and audio post-production.
